The Irving Park community will soon have a whole slew of new single-family homes as Ranquist Development has officially broken ground on their Basecamp SFH project. Previously titled Basecamp Old Irving Park, the developer is now dubbing the area as "New Irving Park" (let's see if it sticks). The project will bring 48 single-family homes to the stretches of 3630-3660 N. Kenneth Avenue and 4400-4425 W. Waveland Avenue. Pappageorge Haymes Partners was tapped to design the homes, which come in a four or five bedroom flavor and include a private yard and detached garage. The homes will start just below half a million bucks and the first phase is expected to be delivered by next April.
