Bradley Sadowski is the Project Manager at Corwin Partners, where he leads the marketing and operations for each project in the portfolio.
Bradley leverages internal and external teams to deliver creative marketing solutions and sales tools that resonate with each development’s targeted buyer profiles. His involvement and responsibilities start during the pre-development phase and continue until the final unit’s closing. With attention to budget creation, sales center startup and management, and launch event planning during the early stages, he then shifts to contract administration, buyer communications, and overall project management as needed. Bradley sweats every detail of the buyer experience and ensures the team has the right tools to succeed – and sell.
Bradley obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago with dual concentrations in Accounting and Marketing. His early career in event planning and production led Bradley to The Walt Disney Company, where he produced world-class events and entertainment at all four Florida theme parks. Since returning to Chicago, Bradley held positions at both Fortune 500 and start-up software firms in the areas of program management, product management, and product marketing.
Bradley and his wife, Julie, enjoy weekend retreats to northern Michigan with their dog, Lilly.
