Jena Hendrix is the Director of Sales at Corwin Partners, where she leads the sales and lead engagement teams.
Jena manages and coaches the entire sales team, encompassing representatives at all Corwin Partners development sites and the online sales counselor. Jena is responsible for onboarding, regular training, client reporting, and frequent strategy sessions. From the moment an inquiry comes in, Jena’s team is ready to engage and move the prospect through the sales funnel. The team is trained on conversion strategies, unique selling propositions, overcoming objections, and closing techniques. Her high-touch approach stands apart from other real estate professionals and she imparts that on everyone around her. Jena supports the home buying process from start to finish, helping buyers feel comfortable at every step.
Jena launched her career in 2001 with William Ryan Homes, selling new construction single-family homes. Her ties to Corwin Partners start at the onset. The principal, Cory Robertson, led her team at William Ryan and cultivated her passion and skills for new construction home sales techniques. Jena found immediate success and went on to win many performance awards including Rookie of the Year, Sales Person of the Year, Outstanding Customer Service, and Chicago Real Estate in the years that followed. She has years of training from gurus such as Tom Richey and Myers Barnes. In 2008, she stepped away to raise a family but she couldn’t stay away forever. In 2019 Jena rejoined the Corwin Partners team as a Lead Sales Representative where she successfully sold out Elmhurst One95, setting several records for the city. As the team expanded, Jena found her place as Director of Sales at Corwin Partners – drawing on years of incredible sales performance with a desire to coach and mold new talent. She strives to create a fun and competitive environment for the team to thrive.
Jena is a proud mother and grandmother and cheers on her son and daughter at their many high school sporting events. When seeking a break from Chicago, Jena relaxes in Naples, Florida, with her husband, Patrick.
