Kendall Bryan leads Business Development at Corwin Partners, where she seeks out new business relationships, identifies investor opportunities, and assists with new deal analysis.
Seeking an in-depth knowledge of the real estate business from the ground up, Kendall’s experience began as a buy-side agent in Chicago. She always sought to find the best place and best price for her clients, treating each like a member of her family. After joining Corwin Partners, Kendall focused her energy on sales efforts at The Hampdens and Peoria Green. She connected with clients, closed deals, and learned how Corwin Partners operates. A frequent jetsetter, Kendall quickly built an incredible global referral network – making time to cultivate relationships in each destination. She thrives on developing meaningful connections and bringing like-minded people together.
Kendall graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago’s School of Communication. Throughout both programs Kendall honed her research and analytical skills, especially critical for the early stages of new deal analysis.
Prior to her career in real estate, Kendall was a competitive equestrian showing in the Hunter/Jumper circuits throughout the United States. She is also an avid philanthropist and founder of Pennies For Pillows, a not-for-profit organization that provides pillows to homeless people in Chicago.
